Tianjin Xinqian Machinery Co., Ltd. has over 40 sets of various mold processing equipment, specializing in the design, manufacturing, and product inspection services of various die-casting/injection molding/rubber molds and their products.

The company currently has more than 60 employees, of whom nearly one-third have a college degree or above and are senior technicians. All employees have been engaged in the mold industry for many years and have the ability to independently develop and produce mold products. The annual output of various molds is nearly 200 sets, and the production of related products is nearly 30 million yuan.

The company cooperates with well-known high-end mold material suppliers such as Sweden's Yishengbai and Japan's Gaobo to provide mold steel, which can undergo heat treatment and surface treatment to ensure mold quality and service life.

The company uses software such as CATIA, UG, PRO/E, CIMATRON, etc. for product development. Before processing, the product and mold can be verified through 3D virtual assembly to ensure the accuracy of the processing results.
